Bank of America Declares Quarterly Dividend on Series L Preferred Stock
CHARLOTTE, N.C., June 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Bank of America Corporation's Board of Directors today declared a regular quarterly dividend of $18.1250 per share on its 7.25 percent Non-Cumulative Convertible Preferred Stock, Series L. The dividend is payable on July 30, 2008, to shareholders of record as of July 1, 2008.
