Bank of America to Host Annual Shareholder Meeting

CHARLOTTE, April 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Bank of America will hold its annual shareholder meeting on April 27, 2005 at 10 a.m. The meeting will be held in the Belk Theatre at the Blumenthal Performing Arts Center, 130 North Tryon Street, in Charlotte.
