Bank of America Prices $750 Million in Credit Card Asset-Backed Notes from the MBNA Credit Card Master Note Trust

CHARLOTTE, N.C., March 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Bank of America's MBNA America Bank, N.A. yesterday priced an offering of $750 million in credit card asset- backed notes from the MBNA Credit Card Master Note Trust.


The Class A (2006-3) consists of $750 million floating rate asset backed notes. The four-year notes were priced at par and will accrue interest at 2 basis points over the one-month London Interbank Offered Rate ("LIBOR").

This offering, scheduled to close on March 30, 2006, was lead managed by Banc of America Securities LLC and co-managed by ABN AMRO Incorporated, Citigroup and RBS Greenwich Capital.
