CHARLOTTE, N.C., Jan. 26 /PRNewswire/ -- The Bank of America Corporation board of directors today declared a regular quarterly dividend of $.50 per share on Bank of America common stock.
The dividend is payable March 24, 2000 to shareholders of record on March 3, 2000.
The board also declared a $1.75 regular cash dividend on the 7 percent Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock, Series B. The dividend is payable April 28, 2000 to shareholders of record on April 14, 2000.
