ACQUISITION OR DISPOSITION OF ASSETS On July 29, 2003, MBNA America Bank, National Association (the "Seller") conveyed to the MBNA Master Credit Card Trust II (the "Trust") all of the receivables (the "Receivables") in certain additional credit card accounts (the "Additional Accounts") of the Seller pursuant to an Assignment No. 38 of Receivables in Additional Accounts dated as of July 29, 2003, (the "Assignment"). The principal amount of the Receivables in the Additional Accounts on July 29, 2003, was $2,668,869,566.56. The Seller conveyed the Receivables in the Additional Accounts to the Trust pursuant to subsection 2.06(b) of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement. ITEM 5. OTHER EVENTS The MBNASeries Class C(2003-5)notes were issued July 2, 2003. The net proceeds from the sale of the notes will be used by the Seller for its general corporate purposes. The MBNASeries Class A(2003-7)notes were issued July 8, 2003. The net proceeds from the sale of the notes will be used by the Seller for its general corporate purposes. The MBNASeries Class C(2003-6)notes were issued July 30, 2003. The net proceeds from the sale of the notes will be used by the Seller for its general corporate purposes. Item 7.
