On December 9, 2016, the Fourth Amended and Restated Pooling and Servicing Agreement was amended by the First Amendment to Fourth Amended and Restated Pooling and Servicing Agreement by and among BA Credit Card Funding, LLC, as Transferor, Bank of America, National Association, as Servicer, and The Bank of New York Mellon, as Trustee.
