On June 23, 2004, Bank of America Corporation (the “Registrant”) announced a common stock dividend and an increase in its quarterly cash dividend for the third quarter 2004. The Registrant also announced that effective July 1, 2004 and in addition to being Chief Executive Officer, Kenneth D. Lewis will become President.
