On October 16, 2006, the BA Credit Card Trust issued its BAseries Class A(2006-12) Notes. On October 16, 2006, the BA Credit Card Trust issued its BAseries Class C(2006-7) Notes.
On October 16, 2006, Richards, Layton & Finger, P.A. delivered its legality opinion with respect to the BA Credit Card Trust, BAseries Class A(2006-12) Notes. On October 16, 2006, Richards, Layton & Finger, P.A. delivered its legality opinion with respect to the BA Credit Card Trust, BAseries Class C(2006-7) Notes.
