On November 14, 2006, FIA Card Services, National Association and Banc of America Consumer Card Services, LLC executed the First Amendment to the Amended and Restated Receivables Contribution and Sale Agreement.
On November 14, 2006, the BA Credit Card Trust issued its BAseries Class A(2006-13) Notes. On November 14, 2006, the BA Credit Card Trust issued its BAseries Class B(2006-4) Notes.
On November 14, 2006, Richards, Layton & Finger, P.A. delivered its legality opinion with respect to the BA Credit Card Trust, BAseries Class A(2006-13) Notes. On November 14, 2006, Richards, Layton & Finger, P.A. delivered its legality opinion with respect to the BA Credit Card Trust, BAseries Class B(2006-4) Notes.
