Item 5.03. Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.
 
On December 17, 2015, each of (i) the Fourth Amended and Restated Pooling and Servicing Agreement, among BA Credit Card Funding, LLC (“Funding”), as transferor, Bank of America, National Association, as servicer, and The Bank of New York Mellon, as trustee, and (ii) the First Amendment to Fourth Amended and Restated Trust Agreement, between Funding, as beneficiary and transferor, and Wilmington Trust Company, as owner trustee, as acknowledged by BA Credit Card Trust, as issuer was amended and restated for the purpose of, among other things, changing the fiscal year end of, respectively, the BA Master Credit Card Trust II and the BA Credit Card Trust from June 30 to December 31, commencing with December 31, 2015.  A transition report on Form 10-K covering the transition period from July 1, 2015 to December 31, 2015 will be filed with the Commission on behalf of the BA Master Credit Card Trust II and the BA Credit Card Trust under the Central Index Key (CIK) number (0001128250) for the BA Credit Card Trust.
 
As disclosed below under “Item 8.01. Other Events” and “Item 9.01(d). Exhibits,” a Fourth Amended and Restated Pooling and Servicing Agreement and a First Amendment to Fourth Amended and Restated Trust Agreement have been filed as exhibits to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
