This Amendment to the Form filed on May 4, 2026, by Bank of America Corporation and Bank of America Preferred Funding Corp as reporting persons is being made solely to clarify the administrative errors contained in such original filing. The original Form was filed under SEC accession number 0000070858 26 000250 and identified Bank of America Corporation as the issuer. For the avoidance of doubt, this amendment does not update or correct the issuer name or the title of security reported in the original Form. The transaction reported in the original Form relates to securities of Invesco Advantage Municipal Income Trust II (VKI). A new Form, reporting the transaction under the correct issuer and the correct title of security is being filed concurrently, and such new Form should be relied upon. The original Form, as filed, should be disregarded in its entirety. No other information has been amended.
