Troubled Debt Restructurings on Financing Receivables The table below presents the December 31, 2022, 2021 and 2020 unpaid principal balance, carrying value, and average pre- and post-modification interest rates of consumer real estate loans that were modified in TDRs during 2022, 2021 and 2020.
