Bank of America Declares Preferred Dividend
CHARLOTTE, N.C., March 14 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Bank of America Corporation today announced its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $18.3264 per share on the 7.25 percent Non-Cumulative Perpetual Convertible Preferred Stock, Series L. The dividend is payable on April 30, 2008 to shareholders of record as of April 1, 2008.
